Montana Fugitive Arrested In Tulsa

Police checking on a report of a burglary at Tulsa business early Wednesday arrested a Montana fugitive.

Just before 6 a.m. officers were called to the business in the 3500 block of Southwest Boulevard and found 38-year-old Gary Cobell nearby. Police said a check showed Cobell had a warrant for his arrest out of Powell County, Montana for a probation violation.

Cobell was booked into the Tulsa County jail, where he is awaiting extradition.
