Two Alleged Sand Springs BB Vandals Arrested, One Still Missing

The Sand Springs Police Department confirms two suspects have been arrested and charged with five counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Police arrested Joseph Collins, 18, Devan Velasco, 18, and Thomas Evans, 20.

They say another suspect, 20-year-old Thomas Evans, is still missing.

The officers believe the three young men are responsible for the 20-plus cases of windows, doors, even children shot with BB pellets.
