Editor's note: Police initially said the shooting happened at Club Pulse. They later said the owners of Club Pulse moved out of the building months ago and that the owner of the building was operating an event center there.
Three women are in the hospital after a shooting spree at a Muskogee nightclub.
One of the victims was flown to a Tulsa hospital after being shot in the pelvis.
Muskogee police say the woman was conscious and talking to officers.
Police say around midnight someone fired several shots outside then went inside, firing more shots, and, at some point, hitting two women.
Witnesses tell police the man fired at the ceiling several times.
Before that, police say someone stabbed a woman in the torso but no one reported that to police until after the shooting.
Right now it's unclear if the stabbing is connected in any way to the shooting and police say they're confident the shooter is not the same person who stabbed the woman.
We're told the woman who was stabbed, and the second shooting victim are both in a Muskogee hospital. Police say their injuries are non-life threatening.
Muskogee police say they do have a person of interest.
"We do have a person of interest we're trying to locate as well as a vehicle description. We have officers out in town now trying to locate the subject," Sergeant Ty Pickering with the Muskogee Police Department said.
The owner of the club told police four or five hundred people were at the club at the time for a private party.
