BA Police: Woman Crashes Stolen Rental Car, Calls Them For Help

A Broken Arrow woman was arrested for felony possession of a stolen vehicle Tuesday, October 25, 2016, after police said she kept a rental car for four months. Police said Deanne Farlow, 48, hit a center median on Willow Avenue around 11 p.m.

The car was disabled, so she called police for help, an arrest report states.

When officers got to the scene, they learned the vehicle had been reported stolen. Farlow said she rented the car for the last four months but hadn't had any contact with the rental company in over 30 days, according to BAPD.

She's in the Tulsa County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
