Oregon Murder Suspect Arrested In Oklahoma

A man wanted in connection with an Oregon murder was arrested in Pauls Valley late Sunday.

Dean Boettcher was taken into custody and booked into the Garvin County jail.

Boettcher was being sought after a Portland area man was found dead in his home, according to Oregon authorities.

Pauls Valley Police told KXII, the CBS affiliate in Sherman, Texas, an Oklahoma City woman notified police after Boettcher called her and wanted to meet with her.

Detectives from the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office are in Oklahoma to interview Boettcher.
