The weekend is here, and we have nothing but gorgeous weather in our sights!
A return to south winds for our Saturday will lead to a bigger afternoon warm-up, with highs pushing back above normal a bit into the mid to upper 70s under plenty of sunshine. Hard to complain about that! South winds could gust over 20 miles per hour at times.
With a lighter south breeze hanging on into the nighttime hours, temperatures won’t drop quite as quickly as the past few nights, making for very pleasant outdoor conditions with temperatures in the 50s to low 60s through late evening Saturday before we settle back into the 40s and 50s overnight.
The pattern of cool mornings and above normal afternoon warmth will continue into Sunday as well! Some high clouds moving in will keep our temperatures from rocketing too far upward, but highs around 80 are expected on Sunday with a south breeze on what should be another spectacular day to be outside!
We still don’t see any signs of a prolonged period of chilly weather showing up any time soon, so expect the cool mornings & warm afternoons trend to be a consistent pattern for the next week or two!
