An Oklahoma City man has been charged with three felony counts of soliciting sexual conduct with a minor after he was arrested in Washington County. Gage L. Gray, 19, was arrested at a mobile home park in Skiatook after Washington County Sheriff's Office deputies spotted him sitting on the front porch of a vacant home and started questioning him on October 16, 2016.
Gray initially told the deputies he was out seeing the countryside, according to an affidavit of probable cause. Court records show he acted suspiciously and kept glancing at a female out walking her dog a couple of houses away.
Authorities said Gray eventually told them he was there to see a friend, and the deputies learned the girl out walking her dog was only 15. Deputies learned the Gray and the teenage girl had met online, and the girl's mother gave them permission to look at her computer, the affidavit states.
Deputies arrested Gray after they say they found several sexually explicit texts. He is to return to court in November.
