An attorney for Stillwater resident Adacia Chambers filed six motions Monday including a request for a change of venue.

The 26-year-old is accused of killing four people and injuring dozens of others at the Oklahoma State University's homecoming parade on October 24, 2015.

The change of venue motion states she cannot receive a fair trial in Payne County.

Chambers, who pleaded not guilty during her arraignment in May, is set to go to trial on January 10, 2017.

Another motion seeks to bar the victim's families from showing emotion while in the courtroom during her trial.  And any statements made to authorities initially after the incident should not be admissible in court.  As well as a motion to bar prosecutors from showing either autopsy or other photos of the crash victims.

Chambers faces four counts of second-degree murder and 42 counts of assault in the crash.

A status conference in the case is scheduled for October 5, 2016, in Stillwater.
