Two Arrested On Child Pornography Charges At Tulsa State Fair

Deputies arrested two Tulsa men on possession of child pornography complaints in separate cases at the Tulsa County Fairgrounds this weekend.

Deputies arrested Jesse Scullawl, 31, and Brian Clement, 36.

The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office says both arrests came as a result of an investigation into assaults at the fairgrounds.  

Deputies said they learned Scullawl was in a relationship with a 15-year-old girl.  They said the girl told deputies they had exchanged explicit photos on their phones.  

In a separate investigation, deputies said they discovered the same teen had exchanged explicit photos with Brian Clement.  The girl told deputies she had been romantically involved with Clement since April.

Deputies booked Jesse Scullawl and Brian Clement into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of possession of child pornography and lewd proposal to a minor.
