Monarch Waystation To Open As Part Of Tulsa Beautification Project

The City of Tulsa announced a Monarch waystation will open as part of a beautification and sidewalk project.

The waystation will be located near 85th and Lewis.

The City said many people came together to build the waystation, including Grogg’s Green Barn and LandPlan Consultants Inc., Oral Roberts University, University Village and Walmart.

The waystation provides a stopping place for Monarchs to get necessary resources, like milkweed and nectar, so they can sustain their migration from Mexico.
