With the average higher-education debt in Oklahoma more than $23,000, it's important to take advantage of all the financial help available.
Beginning this Saturday, October 1st, high school seniors can start filing their FAFSA forms - that's three months earlier than in the past.
Tulsa Public Schools will host five events to help students with those FAFSA applications:
Edison High School
Tuesday, October 4th
6:00-8:00 p.m.
Central High School
Tuesday, October 4th
4:30-7:30 p.m.
Webster High School
Monday, October 10th
4:00-7:00 p.m.
East Central High School
Tuesday, October 11th
5:00-7:00 p.m.
Memorial High School
Tuesday, October 12th
6:00-7:30 p.m.
Students can also fill out a FAFSA at home.
