Search Warrant Gives New Details Into Death Of Khalid Jabara

A search warrant reveals new information about the man charged with murdering Khalid Jabara.

It says an eye witnesses heard the shot then saw Khalid, bleeding, lying on top of suspect Vernon Majors.

The witness saw Majors fire another shot into Khalid, then threatened to shoot the witness too.

The warrant says Majors’ house had video surveillance so police hoped to recover video showing him with the gun, wearing bloody clothing.

Officers did recover a gun and a DVR box from Majors' home.
