A Green Country family is angry tonight that the wrong-way driver who killed their loved one, more than a year ago, still hasn't been charged with a crime.
Last year, the driver was too injured to be charged but now the family said it thinks she's well enough to have a Facebook page and post photos with her family.
Megan Kramer has been posting photos to her Facebook account for the past four months.
Her last post was a few days ago.
Mark Alderman's family believes if Kramer is well enough to spend time with her family, she's well enough to be charged.
Mark’s wife, Angela, said the past year without her husband of 20 years, has been the hardest thing she's ever done.

Mark was coming home on his motorcycle after performing a wedding ceremony when a driver going the wrong way on Highway 412 hit him head-on.
Troopers said that driver was Megan Kramer.
"Just heartbreaking,” Alderman said. “He was the center of our family, the very center."
Troopers said Kramer was injured too bad physically and mentally at the time, to face charges. They sent Kramer's blood test results to the Rogers County DA's office.
Alderman said she was told of Kramer’s results:
"That she was very drunk, had marijuana and pills in her system,” Alderman said.
When Alderman and her family saw Megan Kramer's Facebook pictures with her son and grandchildren, all they could think was, ‘why does she get a life, when Mark does not?’
"He's dead,” Alderman said of her husband. “He gets nothing."
The DA’s office told The News On 6 that they plan to make a decision about filing charges soon and didn't do so before because they'd been told Kramer was in a vegetative state.
"I think she should got to prison,” Alderman said.
