Police arrested a Tulsa woman after her SUV hit an officer's patrol car on Highway 169 just before 1 a.m. Saturday.
She's identified as 22-year-old Marielle Goldzweig.
Police said the officer was in his car at the scene of a two-car crash in the northbound lanes of the highway near 28th Street South. That crash had happened at about midnight.
Their report said police noticed a strong odor of alcohol when they went to talk to Goldzweig after she struck the patrol car.
Police said the officer suffered only minor injuries in the crash.
Marielle Goldzweig on the other hand was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints including DUI, failure to yield for an emergency vehicle and not keeping in the proper lane.
Jail records show Goldzweig has a court appearance set for September 16.
