Former Tulsa Police Officer Indicted For Illegally Selling Guns

A former Tulsa police officer who already went to prison for selling guns illegally was indicted by a grand jury for the same charge.

As an ex-con, Buddy Visser isn’t allowed to have guns, but ATF agents say they caught him once again selling guns on the same website as before.

Agents said, this time, Visser had a machine gun, a short-barreled rifle and seven silencers - two of them without serial numbers.

Visser served 18 months last time. This time, he could face up to 10 years.
