Multiple Injuries Reported After Boat Fire On Bluestem Lake

Emergency officials say they responded to a boat fire on Bluestem Lake in Osage County on Sunday afternoon.

Multiple people were taken to hospitals, and the wounds were severe enough that two medical helicopters were used to airlift multiple patients to hospitals, according to emergency responders. Some of the other victims were taken by ground.

Officials report that an explosion originated from the engine compartment of the boat.
