Cyclists from around the area met Wednesday evening to talk about bike sharing in Tulsa.
The group - Tulsa Bike Share wants to create a system where people can share bikes using pick-up and drop-off locations throughout the city.
Some cyclists here say with the revitalization of downtown - people will want to use the bike sharing program as a means of transportation to get to and from work - as well as to run nearby errands.
"We do have a really incredible cycling culture and it is continuing to grow, but I think as cities develop you're starting to see people that are wanting to use biking as a means for transportation," said Daniel Sperle, Executive Director of Tulsa Bike Share System.
The group is still taking input. For more information on how you can get involved, visit their website.
