The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality has lifted the boil order for the City of Pawhuska's water system.
In a news release, the DEQ says the water is now safe for human consumption.
Last Friday, the DEQ issued the boil order after E. coli was found in Pawhuska's public water supply.
