National Retailers Named For New Bartlesville Shopping Venue

Developers of Silver Lake Village in Bartlesville are expected to break ground later this year for the $20 million project.  

According to Bartlesville Radio, GBT Realty says five national retailers, Ulta Cosmetics, Ross Clothing, TJ Maxx, Petco and Rack Room Shoes have signed pre-construction leases for Silver Lake Village in the 2200 block of East Adams Boulevard.  

The development will be just east of the current Lowe's Home Improvement store.

The Bartlesville Development Authority approved the project in February.  

GBT Realty says Silver Lake Village also will have room for expansion to include restaurants and other stores.  

They say the venue is expected to be open for business by next summer.
