Blue Bell Fined Over Deadly Listeria Outbreak

Texas has fined Blue Bell for a deadly listeria outbreak.

The ice cream maker was fined $850,000, but Blue Bell may only have to pay a small portion of that. The agreement says the company has 30 days to pay out $175,000.

If Blue Bell can make it through the next 18 months without any problems, however, the agreement says the company won't have to pay the rest of the fine.
