Man Suspected Of Stealing Golf Clubs Files Complaint On Man Who Held Him At Gunpoint

A man held at gunpoint after being accused of stealing golf clubs has now filed a complaint against the man with the gun.

Earlier this month we showed you a video of a man, now identified as Donald Acree, pointing a gun at Devon Montgomery.

In the video, you can hear Acree threatening to shoot and kill Montgomery.

While Montgomery is facing charges for grand larceny, he says Acree assaulted him.

In the complaint Montgomery says Acree not only forced him to the ground at gunpoint, he also kicked him in the face and head with his golf cleats.

Police are investigating the complaint.
