A semi crashed into a building next to the eastbound toll booth on the Cimarron Turnpike at the Hallett-Jennings exit Wednesday night.
Troopers say the wreck happened just before 11:30 p.m. The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority workers had left the building minutes before the semi crashed into it. OTA workers use it as a break room.
The truck driver told troopers his brakes failed as he was approaching the toll gate.
The OHP says all eastbound and westbound lanes at the toll gate are now open, but because of a power outage caused by the crash, no tolls are being collected.
