On The Border Fresh Guacamole

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – diced tomato
• 1 ½ tbsp. –jalapenos (seedless)
• 1 tbsp – red onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – cilantro, chopped
• 1/6 lime wedge
• ½ tsp salt

Directions:

1. Combine ingredients.
2. Keep refrigerated. [shelf life of 12 hours]
