Coweta Doctor Accused Of Obtaining Narcotics By Fraud

A Coweta doctor is facing 10 counts of obtaining narcotics by fraud.

An affidavit filed by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics says Dr. Greg Rampey gave prescriptions to friends without treating them and also used them to get himself drugs.

They said he asked several friends if he could write prescriptions in their name and they'd pick up the drugs and give them back to him.

A couple told agents they thought because he was a doctor, it must be okay to do.
