Men Rob Tulsa Sonic Workers At Gunpoint

Tulsa Police are looking for two men who robbed a Sonic restaurant near 61st and Lewis overnight. TPD says two men were waiting for the employees to start shutting down for the night at 5908 South Lewis Avenue..

Then, they say the suspects made their move just around midnight. Officers say the robbers came in through an unlocked back door, as an employee was taking the trash out. One of the men was carrying a pistol, according to police.

Police say the robbers left with cash and a cell phone. No one was hurt.

There wasn't a good description of the robbers. The investigation is ongoing, police said.
