The Wagoner County District Attorney's Office is working on plea deals with two women as a man charged in the 2006 murder of a Broken Arrow teen pleads guilty to a reduced charge.
Assistant DA Jack Thorpe confirms Anthony Wallen, 32, entered a plea Monday to a reduced charge of conspiracy to commit second-degree murder and was sentenced to 20 years. Thorpe says Wallen will serve only eight of those years in prison.
Jarret Clark, 18, drowned in Fort Gibson Lake in May of 2006, and after years of investigation prosecutors ended up charging three people in the murder. Anthony Wallen, Dayna Miller, 29, of Wagoner and Courtney Manzer, 26, of Broken Arrow.

Thorpe says a plea agreement with Miller and Manzer could be finalized in the next few weeks.
