A resident was able to get out a burning Tulsa home early Saturday before firefighters arrived.
The Tulsa Fire Department was called to a home in the 3700 block of South 91st East Avenue and when they arrived, they found smoke and flames coming from the rear of the structure.
Firefighters said they were able to contain that fire to a back bedroom. With four firefighters assigned to one truck, fire officials say it was easier to get the fire knocked down quickly.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
