Police say a woman suspected of stealing from a Tulsa store was arrested after the driver of her getaway vehicle kicks her to the curb late Thursday.

Officers said Lisa Reed, 25, was seen taking jewelry and shoes from the Ross store in the 7100 block of South Memorial Drive at around 10 p.m.

When police arrived, officers said they saw Reed get into a Chevy Tahoe which then drove off.  Officers chased the SUV north on Memorial to the 6700 block where the driver stopped and Reed got out.  The Tahoe then sped off.

Police booked Lisa Reed into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of possession of stolen property and larceny from a retailer.  Jail records show Reed has a court appearance set for June 24.
