The Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Tulsa Police says two people were taken to the hospital after Tulsa crashes early Thursday.
The first crash happened just before 1 a.m. on Highway 169 at 46th Street North. Troopers said a woman who is five months pregnant told them she was cut off in traffic, causing her to hit the concrete center median.
EMSA took her to the hospital as a precaution.
At around 2 a.m., Tulsa Police says an SUV headed east on 91st Street crashed up and over a concrete bridge railing near Mingo. Tulsa firefighters had to rescue the driver from his vehicle. He too was also taken to the hospital to be checked out.
The driver told police he had veered right just prior to the crash. Officers are still investigating.
