Two Injured When Tulsa Apartment Balcony Collapses

Two women were taken to a Tulsa hospital after a second story apartment balcony they were standing on collapsed late Monday.

The incident happened at the Somerset Park apartments in the 9300 block of East 65th just before 11:30 p.m. 

Firefighters said the two women were not seriously injured and two children in the apartment were not on the balcony.  Tulsa Police said they are OK.  

Debris broke a window in the apartment below the balcony.

Investigators are now trying to determine what caused the balcony to collapse.
