Search Resumes For Man Who May Have Drowned At Robbers Cave State Park

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has resumed its search for a man who may have drowned on Carlton Lake at Robbers Cave State Park.

Three men were were in a canoe on Sunday when it overturned, OHP said. Witnesses said they saw all three men struggling and a Good Samaritan in a paddle boat was able to rescue two of them.

The other man went underwater and never resurfaced, witnesses said.

Troopers had to suspend the search Sunday night but recovery efforts have resumed Monday morning.
