With Mayfest, the Blue Dome Arts Festival and Hop Jam, downtown Tulsa is the place to be this weekend.
With all these events, there are several road closures you should be aware of if you're coming to the festivals or downtown in general.
Mayfest has several road closures; 3rd Street will be shut down between Boulder Avenue and just before Cincinnati Avenue, 4th Street is closed from Boulder to Boston Avenue, and Boston is closed from 3rd to 4th Street.
Fifth Street will also be closed for a few blocks between Boulder and Boston, along with 6th street between Boulder and Boston. Main Street is also closed from 3rd Street to 7th Street.
Those closures will be in place until 8 p.m. May 22.
The Blue Dome Arts Festival has Elgin Avenue closed between 1st Street and 3rd Street, and 2nd Street is closed between Detroit Avenue and Greenwood Avenue until 10 p.m. May 22.
In Tulsa’s Brady District, The Hop Jam Festival will shut down Cameron and Brady between Boulder Avenue and MLK and Main and Boston from Archer to I-244 from midnight Saturday to 8 a.m. on May 23.
On May 21, the Tulsa Roughnecks Fireworks show will close Elgin Avenue from Brady Street to the railroad and Archer Street from just before Elgin and Frankfort Avenue from 8:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
