No one was injured when a wall of a two-story Muskogee building collapsed Wednesday morning.
The city says a second story outside wall of the vacant Coca-Cola bottling plant at C Street and Broadway just east of downtown fell into the street. The building was set to be demolished, according to the city.
Because of its unstable condition, officials said workers went ahead and tore down the second floor as a precaution.
The streets surrounding the building were blocked off so the debris could be removed.
