Broken Arrow Police arrested three people for drugs-related charges after someone reported a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot at 2500 West Albany Street Monday. An arrest report states Blake Hunter Hosch, Lloyd Woods and Brooke Magrini were arrested after officers say they were using heroin.
The arresting officer walked up to the vehicle which a caller said had been parked outside a business for some time without anyone going inside. When he approached the Toyota 4-Runner, he said he saw Magrini with a black cord wrapped around her right arm and a loaded syringe at her feet.
Police found a "black nugget" of heroin at Blake Hosch's feet which tested positive for the drug. Woods had a loaded syringe and a fixed-blade knife next to him, police say. That syringe had too much blood in it to be able to test, the arrest report states.
Police also found paraphernalia and tinfoil with a black tarry substance on it that an officer said is a common way to smoke heroin. When arrested, Magrini had marijuana in her bra as well.
Hosch, a 23-year-old Broken Arrow resident, was arrested on complaints of possession of a controlled drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Magrini was booked on complaints of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled drug and possession of marijuana. She's a 22-year-old Bixby resident, according to jail records.
Woods, a 30-year-old Tulsa man, was booked on a complaint of possession of drug paraphernalia.
