City Of Tulsa Settles Lawsuit After Patrol Car Hit Motorcycle

<p>The City of Tulsa is settling a lawsuit from three years ago, when a police officer responding to a emergency call pulled into the path of a motorcycle.</p>

A City of Tulsa police officer was involved in an injury wreck three years ago at 116th and Delaware.

He pulled into the path of a motorcycle while responding to an emergency call. The two people riding the motorcycle were seriously hurt. They sued the City of Tulsa, and the lawsuit has gone through the courts.

To settle the lawsuit, the city is paying the couple $350,000 for the injuries they received.

The payment is going through the final process of approval with the city.
