Tulsa Police Arrest Couple For Child Abuse

Tulsa police have arrested two people on complaints of child abuse.

EMSA paramedics responded to a call at an apartment complex near 51st and Memorial and noticed a child who appeared to be unconscious in another apartment.

They say Kendall Driver and Shantoria Moore would not let paramedics check on the child.

When police arrived, they say they noticed several injuries on the boy’s head, back, legs, and chest.
