Bever Brothers' District Court Arraignment Delayed Until July

The district court arraignment for two Broken Arrow brothers charged in the deaths of five members of their family has been pushed back.

Robert  and Michael Bever are charged with first-degree murder.  

In February, a Tulsa judge ruled there was enough evidence to proceed with a trial.

Their arraignment had been scheduled for May 2, but a judge has granted the delay until July 11.

The brothers are accused of stabbing to death their parents and three siblings, as well as wounding their 13-year-old sister on July 22, 2015.
