Train Slips Off Tracks In Owasso; Police Call It 'Minor' Derailment

Owasso police confirm a "minor" train derailment on 76th Street North on Friday morning.

A quick estimate by a police spokesperson said 76th Street North between Main and Mingo would be closed for at least two hours while a crane attempted to put the train back on the tracks, but it was quicker than expected.

Crews were able to get it back on the tracks within about 30 minutes.

No injuries have been reported.
