Broken Arrow Man Dead In Sapulpa Dirt Bike Crash

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirms a man has died after a crash on 91st Street, west of Highway 97 in Sapulpa. He has been identified as Broken Arrow resident John J. Cason.

OHP said Cason and Candice L. Cason, of Tulsa, were on the bike Sunday night when they lost control for some reason.

Their Suzuki motorcycle hit a guardrail and both occupants were thrown from the bike. The 58-year-old John Cason was pronounced dead at the scene. Candice Cason, 36, was taken to the hospital in critical condition with numerous injuries.

OHP is still investigating the condition of the driver before the wreck and the cause.
