Tulsa Police said someone opened fire onto two homes while residents were inside asleep early Sunday morning.

Officers say around 4:20 a.m. a home in the 5400 block of North Peoria was shot several times. The people who live there woke to hear a car pull into their driveway and then heard gunshots. They didn't see the car, according to police, but heard it speed off.

About 10 minutes later, another house in the 100 block of West 50th Place was also hit several times. Someone saw a newer, white four-door vehicle pull up along a side street. It's believed two of the three people in that vehicle got out and shot up the residence, according to police.

The residents' car was also hit.

No one was injured in either of the shootings. Police don't have anyone in custody.
