Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for a woman who was last seen on a visit to Claremore.

Claremore police released an alert on April 23 saying 71-year-old Coan Rush was in Rogers County on April 16 and hasn’t been heard from since.

Rush has not had her medicine since and there are serious health concerns, officials say.

CPD gave a limited physical description, saying Rush is a white woman and was wearing a white cotton nightgown.

Rush was driving a 2009 four-door, silver Chevrolet Malibu with Oklahoma tag 834GXP.

She was supposed to be heading back home to the Kingfisher/ Okarche area when she disappeared, CPD says.
