Pesto ingredients (This can be made ahead of time.)
3 1/2 cups of garlic
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 pound of basil
4 cups of Romano cheese
2 1/2 cups oil
In a pan, heat 1 TB butter and 4 oz chicken stock to 1/2 c of the pesto. Mix together with 1/4 c of pecorino romano until smooth. Add your pasta to coat.
Serve with toasted pine nut and lemon wedge.
