The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says an elderly Henryetta man was killed in a crash on Highway 75 just north of Henryetta Monday afternoon.
Troopers said 1998 Honda CRV, driven by 88-year-old Roscoe Neal failed to yield to oncoming traffic at the intersection of Highway 75 and Wilson Road just before 5:30 p.m.
A 2015 Chrysler 200, driven by Cecil Harry, 64, of Mounds was headed south on 75 when he struck Neal's Honda. A southbound 2005 Volkswagen Beetle, driven by Ryan Logan, 25, of Seminole also hit Neal's vehicle.
Neal was pronounced dead at the scene and Logan was taken to an Okmulgee hospital where he was treated and released.
