OU will wrap up spring practice next Saturday with its Spring Game.

In Norman, the veteran Sooner offense is playing well but still trying to improve.

The Sooners played quickly in year one under Coordinator Lincoln Riley, but even faster this spring according to the quarterback.

“At this point in the spring, we are going a lot faster than we were last year,” said Baker Mayfield. “It's good to see. When you're able to do stuff like that and progress and run the tempo offense like that, it's good.”

Dmitri Flowers added, “It's almost like we picked up where we left off. A lot of great players returning that played last year, not only in the playoff game but throughout the entire season. So we have a lot of leadership.”
