Prius Crashes Through Tulsa Funeral Home

A car went completely through the Moore Funeral Home at 25th and South Harvard Wednesday morning.

The Toyota Prius passed almost completely through the part of building that houses the crematorium at about 9:45 a.m. The car came to rest on a chain link fence next to the off ramp from the eastbound lanes of the Broken Arrow Expressway.

A worker said the car was going about 30 miles per hour when it drove up the side driveway, narrowly missing the worker and the gas line hooked up to the crematorium. 

Tulsa Police said no one was hurt in the crash. EMSA paramedics said the driver may have had a medical issue leading up to the incident.
