Broken Arrow Woman Charged With First-Degree Murder In Death Of Ex-Husband

Tulsa County prosecutors charged a Broken Arrow woman with first-degree murder in the death of her ex-husband on March 22.

Broken Police arrested Judith Nix, 69, after they said she shot and killed her ex-husband, Kenneth Nix in his home and then staged the scene to look like a suicide.

Police also arrested her two daughters in connection with the murder. They arrested Michel Davis-Pearson the next day and  Angela Moore, 47, of Broken Arrow a few days later. Investigators say Judith Nix called her daughters after the shooting long before calling 911.

Judith Nix remains in the Tulsa County jail without bond with a court hearing set for March 30.
