Television and radio ads started Tuesday in an effort to convince voters to say "yes" to Tulsa's Vision tax package.
The campaign's first TV ad focuses on public safety.
The list calls for $884,634,000 in Tulsa projects.
Tulsans will decide the fate of the Vision plan on April 5.
