The woman suing former Tulsa County Sheriff Stanley Glanz testified late Thursday afternoon in her federal lawsuit.
The woman, then 17, claims she was sexually assaulted in her cell by a detention officer over four months in 2010.
She testified the jailer sexually assaulted her more than 200 times, ranging from fondling to actual sex.
She says she didn't tell anyone until after she got out of jail because she didn't want to get in trouble and the jailer said if she told, they'd both be in trouble.
Glanz' attorney played a jail phone call between the woman and her mother, where they were laughing about what appeared to be that grievance.
The attorney pointed out that, in a deposition, the woman said her cell door was closed during the assaults, but today she said it was open.
Glanz' attorney pointed out if the door had been closed, the jailer would not be able to get out and would've had to call someone to open it to let him out.
She'll be back on the stand on Friday.
The law says any sex between a jailer and inmate is rape because inmates are under the power of the jailer.
