The City of Tulsa is finishing the legal work on ordinances connected to the Vision package.
While the project list has been finalized, the council still must approve accompanying language that ensures the city will spend the money as described to voters.

The ordinances list the expected income, the approved project list and requirements future government leaders will have to follow as the funding comes in.
The ordinances establish a sales tax overview committee for the vision package and mandate that public safety spending will be used to hire new police officers and firefighters.
There are two versions of a public safety ordinance; one sets a minimum spending level for public safety and the other says the money can't replace money currently in the budget.
