The injury to Jawun Evans and the packed schedule over the past week finally caught up with Oklahoma State on Monday night.
OSU looked like a very tired team in Fort Worth, falling 63-56 to TCU.
A season high 22 turnovers led to 22 TCU points and ended with the Cowboys losing by seven and falling into a last-place tie in the Big 12 with the Horned Frogs.
OSU led by eight late in the first half, after getting through a sloppy stretch. Tyreek Griffin played strong for the Cowboys, keeping them in the game, but TCU came out on fire in the second half.
The Horned Frogs hit six of their first seven from three-point range, and the Cowboys fell behind and never could quite catch up. It was a disappointing loss for OSU.
The Cowboys are now back home preparing to host Kansas State on Saturday in hopes of snapping this current losing streak.
